The building itself is a museum piece - a traditional Kosovar house (kulla) that exemplifies Ottoman-period residential architecture. Each room is furnished with period-appropriate items, including traditional carpets, copper utensils, wooden furniture, and textile crafts. The museum provides insight into how Kosovo families lived in the 18th and 19th centuries. Displays include traditional clothing, jewelry, musical instruments, and household tools. The architecture features characteristic elements like the čardak (wooden balcony) and distinctive room layouts that reflect both functional needs and cultural values.
